Jhana helped me get unstuck out of one of the worst ruts in my adult life. I was able to accomplish probably about a year's worth of traditional therapy in just a month with her. I didn't really know what to expect... and thought it all sounded a little strange at first, but found the technique pretty helpful and thought at the very least it really helped me connect with my intuition. Because of Jhana, I truly feel excited about my life and what I'm working towards for the first time in a while. Thanks, Johna!
